Genua, die Hauptstadt Liguriens und Geburtsstadt nicht nur von Christoph Kolumbus sondern auch von Jacopo Bellussi, einem der Ersten Solisten des Hamburg Balletts. Er ist der jüngste Botschafter seiner Stadt. Dabei geht es ihm nicht alleine darum, den Tanz zurück an an die Theater Genuas, wie das Carlo Felice, das Teatro Nazionale oder das Politeama, zu bringen.
Für dieses Jahr hat Bellussi einen besonders stimmungsvollen Ort für seine Veranstaltung zu Gunsten der Stiftung Sofia nel cuore ( IBAN-Code IT56 M030 6909 6061 0000 0194 003) ausgewählt und zwar die Arena del Mare – Porto Antico di Genova.
Am 18. Juli ab 21:00 Uhr werden drei Stücke, also ein Triptychon, aufgeführt, unter anderem mit Live-Musik von Rachmaninov und Schubert. Auch eine Besonderheit: die Musiker werden bei den Tänzern auf der Bühne sein. Für die Choreografien konnte Bellussi Tobias Praetourius (Kopenhagen), Kristin Paulin (Hamburg) und Robert Bondara (Posen) gewinnen. Die Tänzer sind alles Solisten und Erste Solisten aus -wie passend- drei internationalen Hafenstädten, nämlich Hamburg, Antwerpen und Kopenhagen.
